FAQ – EE Professional Cleaning

Q: Do you provide cleaning materials, or should we supply them?

A: No we do not provide cleaning materials, we would need the following:

  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Mop and bucket
  • Cleaning cloths
  • Detergents and disinfectants
  • Glass cleaner
  • Sponges and scrubbers

Alternatively, you can opt for a standard cleaning package for $80 which includes essential cleaning materials.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payments through Bank Transfer, Cheque, and Paynow.

Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Q: Why do you need photos of our homes or industrial areas?

A: Photos help us understand the scope of work and ensure we bring the right materials and staff to meet your cleaning needs efficiently.

Q: How does EE Professional Cleaning work?

A: Our process involves an initial consultation to understand your cleaning requirements, followed by a detailed cleaning plan. Our trained cleaners will then perform the cleaning services as per your schedule and specifications.

Q: Do I need to be present when the cleaner arrives?

A: Yes, especially during the first booking to guide the cleaner around your designated premises and discuss your specific needs. Once you are comfortable, it is at your discretion whether to be present for future visits. We advise keeping valuable items secure to prevent misunderstandings.

Q: Will you be held responsible if the cleaner injures themselves?

A: Under the Work Injury Compensation Act (which replaced the Workmen’s Compensation Act effective 1 April 2008), domestic workers are not covered by the Act. However, we ensure our staff are trained and follow safety protocols to minimize any risk of injury.

Q: Who are the cleaners? Do they have work permits, and what is their age group?

A: Our cleaners are professional and have valid work permits. They range in age but are all trained and experienced in providing high-quality cleaning services.

Q: What happens if the cleaning takes longer than expected?

A: If the cleaning requires more time than initially arranged, we will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.
